There is no Visalus Scam … is There?

Let me tell you about that Visalus scam…. It is a legitimate company who’s business plan has been approved by the Attorney General in all 50 states in the US, Canada and other countries.  It has a President, Vice President, Middle Management and Staff too.  In addition to their big office buildings they wear nice suits and drive expensive German cars just like every other traditional business person normally does. There is a profound difference though. The difference is leverage. A topic frequently misunderstood by many who may be thinking ‘Visalus Scam’ in their minds.

The thing that most folks don’t realize about network marketing is this business model does not require advertising. Therefore, the radio stations, television stations, magazines etc do not benefit from the existence of these types of businesses. What does that mean? Network marketing does not help the media pay its bills. Too bad.  So they spread rumors of a Visalus scam so nobody else does it…Does ‘Network Marketing’ that is. If everyone did, it would put them out of business.

In fact television and radio normally when granted the opportunity to speak out about network marketing  say very bad things like “They will just dupe you into joining their pyramid and then hang you up – Just another sucker” and other assorted favs.  Bear in mind it’s not a coincidence that 90% of the people that surround you mouth that very same opinion. Is it?

After all, the media channels decide what most people see and hear about right? Right. They tell us and we listen. Don’t we? We do.  It’s always good to do your due diligence before arriving at a hardened conclusion about something isn’t it? It is. Hopefully this article will serve that due diligence you are hopefully seeking. In fact I hope it gets you excited about the possibility of changing your life situation right now. Visalus scam? The Visalus Scam of ‘Improving Your Quality of Life’!

Visalus was founded in 2005 by Marketing Mastermind Ryan Blair and 2 co-founders. They operate in the nutritional field and sell a product that can enhance your body’s performance while shedding pounds the healthy way through highly enhanced nutritive therapy.  So far people are losing lots of weight and making lots of money at it. A Visalus scam now would be tremendously damaging to the company’s ability to continue on the path of it’s enormous success and that wouldn’t be very smart. Would it?

If there was a Visalus scam we would find out sooner than 25-30 years (most folks working life – until some find their retirement is all gone). Besides Ryan Blair has set up dozens of very successful multi-million dollar enterprises (he was a multi-millionaire at 27).  So, with someone like Ryan who is directly in the public eye it may be a wise decision to keep things ethical. He is highly recognized around the world and his products simply improve the quality of peoples lives. Plain and simple. That’s really the secret if there ever was one. Improving peoples lives. Through the power of quality products and leverage. No Visalus scam here, just help for those needing it.

After all, things do tend to work better when people act ethically, and the great thing is that the principles of network marketing are naturally guided in the right direction by the fundamental design and logic of the business itself.  In other words, even though you can still do folks wrong in network marketing, it’s just harder and more fraught with risk than ever! That is, the part about being unethical. And seeing how many cameras and tape recorders there are around now, people are more liable to get caught with their hand in the cookie jar (and sometimes do).

Sometimes you may hear of a network marketing company that got into some trouble double dealing or whatever right? Doesn’t this type of behavior also happen in traditional business models as well? That is this:  “The process of a traditional corporation willfully stealing from it’s employees”.  Never? Are you sure about that?

The Federal Trade Commission has well established rules and guidelines for the operation of ANY network marketing company, and those who don’t abide suffer tremendous fines and heavy prison time as well. On a traditional business note just look at Bernie Madoff (Chairman of the NASDAQ).  He’s going away for good (to prison) and what is kind of ironic here is that Bernie was a seasoned ‘Traditional’ Businessman in every sense of the word.
So much for the rules of convention…

I think what the main message here is this:  If you double-cross people and rip them off then you are in a bad business. And it really doesn’t matter what side of the fence you are on. A criminal is a criminal whether traditional or unorthodox.

Looking for a Visalus Scam? Instead You Found a Great Opportunity.

The thing really is this:  Some people are not cut out for network marketing.  We are looking for leaders not lazy folks that like to sit on their lazy boy, eat pork rinds, and drink diet pepsi looking for a ‘get rich quick’.

This is a real business and you will need to be trained correctly or you will fail miserably 97% of the time (and please don’t then blame it on the industry if you do).

It’s funny. You hear about that one person your uncle Joe knew or knows that fell flat on their face in network marketing (the same folks that are saying ‘Visalus scam’).  Or just folks out there that jump into things without looking to see if there is water in the pool first. They will join a company, get real excited,  fail miserably and then blame their failure on the Industry. It was not the Industry that failed. Network Marketing is a 114 Billion Dollar per Year Industry.  So if something didn’t ‘work’ it was that distributors all to common ‘suicide marketing’ approach.  You know, The: “Here’s some cards! Now go out and tell everyone you know why your so excited” approach. Having an extensive background in marketing I can tell you with all the certainty in the world that won’t work.

Moe Knows Marketing…..

I was regional Director of Marketing and Consulting for a Medical Software company that was Advanced Business Partners with IBM. Even though I was in traditional business during that time, I could still see that the tactics used by these ‘hazed and confused’ network marketers was a death march into the volcano for sure. But unfortunately it has been and  is still cultivated into a deadly method of operating for the network marketing industry newbies (ouch)! Do not drink the kool aid. You don’t have to.  Simply get with the right team or get ready for cash flow nightmare and COMPLETE DISASTER.

What normally happens is when people sign up for a network marketing company the same thing happens to them in all the company’s they join; they get invited to parties where everyone gets really excited about the product but has no clue about what the next step is; your upline doesn’t give you the proper training and guidance, and lets not forget you’ve attended every meeting-seminar-training-convention ever possible! Time is money people! If your not giving people what they need to succeed you are wasting your time and more importantly theirs as well.

Now network marketing just like conventional business is NOT perfect. Unfortunately its common to have people in your upline duping you into buying a huge amount of product so they can get ranked in the company. This is not only counter productive on a level too deep for these cretins to see, it is part of the main problem with people from corporate backgrounds joining the industry and bringing all their controlling obsessive behaviors with them. This behavior does nothing but create limited and temporary success for them (they will fail as well).  And if you are not going to provide correct training and guidance outside of what you do for yourself, your downline will dwindle and fade into a luminous cloud of ether. Most do.

When you get down to the brass tacks of what makes this whole thing work, it’s really about marketing systems. Systems that train and teach. Automation. Technology. The old fashioned days of MLM are OVER folks. Bye Bye…

The word ‘MLM’ itself in the light of todays technology even sounds clunky, cloddish and mechanistic. In other words:   Slow and Old Fashioned….zzzzzzz

Nobody really needs ‘slow and old fashioned’ business models right now. We need innovations and new ways to connect and be connected.  Internet Marketing has provided a whole new medium for communication in this way and network marketing is metaphorically a more than perfect perfect ‘plug-in’ for the internet marketing system. Combine the automation of the internet with the power of leverage and you have a turbo charged cash pump. Just hit the pedal when you want to bump it up. So before you cry ‘Visalus scam’, please do your due diligence first to avoid the embarrassment of having people that succeed tell you they ‘told you so’.

When the hand of technology graced Network Marketing in the early 2000′s , it transformed the industry into a powerhouse of massive passive residual income for many online marketers and will continue to do so in the coming years.

Investor Warren Buffet just bought several network marketing companies recently  (I think we might want to consider Warrens Advice – he is one of the richest people on the planet).

In closing I would like to restate that there is simply no Visalus scam, nor will there be one if CEO Ryan Blair wishes to keep his reputation as an honest and trustworthy component to a new business model that will be taking over in the coming years.
